If the vehicle also requires traction-battery charging after 12V recovery, standard EV charging rates apply.

Includes a temporary 12V battery and cable assistance to help restore power to an EV with a failed low-voltage battery.
This service may allow your vehicle to become operational long enough to charge the main traction battery or reach a dealership or qualified EV repair facility.
Temporary power assistance is not a permanent battery replacement. Vehicle compatibility and successful recovery are not guaranteed.

Need a new 12V battery? We come to your location with a replacement battery matched to your vehicle's make and model.
Service includes the replacement battery, removal of the old battery, and installation of the new battery when supported by the vehicle.

Includes local-area dispatch and setup, plus approximately 3–15 miles of added range.
45 Minutes — $165
Includes local-area dispatch and setup, plus approximately 6–25 miles of added range.
60 Minutes — $195
Includes local-area dispatch and setup, plus approximately 8–35 miles of added range.
90 Minutes — $220
Includes local-area dispatch and service, plus approximately 12–60 miles of added range.
Even if we are able to get your vehicle operational and back on the road, we strongly recommend having the vehicle inspected and diagnostic tests performed by the manufacturer dealership or a qualified EV repair facility to ensure the vehicle is operating properly and safely.
Priority Dispatch: $50

Applied when the initial service request is placed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM Mountain Time, regardless of actual arrival time.
Distance Fee: $3/mile
Includes up to 25 miles each way. Additional round-trip mileage beyond 50 miles is billed at $3/mile.
Inclement Weather: $40
Rain, snow, ice, or hazardous weather conditions.
Payment can be made with Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, or with credit card through a secure Stripe payment link.
We do not accept checks.
